Music with moderate volume is allowed; our neighbors and security in Aldea Zama have been known to shut down parties. Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. We can not guarantee that it could be earlier. If there is an exit on the same day, cleaning time is required. The schedule to check out is at 12:00 pm. Please notify the administrator and leave the keys in the lock box that is located next to the gate door on the outside of the house. Any delay has an extra cost of one night. Take your precautions. At the end of your stay please check all areas of the property and be sure that you have not forgotten anything, we are not responsible for forgotten objects. Villa Magdalena is a 100% smoke-free space, so smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. There are spaces like the terrace, the balconies or the rooftop where you can smoke without any problem! Villa Magdalena sleeps 6 people, please respect this rule as it is very important. If you have more people joining you it is necessary to talk to the administrator beforehand as extra fees apply per extra person. It is very important to throw the toilet paper or any other object in the garbage cans. In this way, we will avoid that our septic tank will be damaged. It is strictly prohibited to lie down, push or walk on the edge of the pool or sides of the deck. Help us avoid accidents. For hygiene, please swim in the pool with a bathing suit. If you leave the house, please remember to turn off lights and air conditioners, we support the responsible consumption of energy on the planet! Pets are NOT allowed. We know that it is very difficult to leave our furry friends at home but for this occasion it will be necessary. We hope that you will understand. To grant better security to our visitors; the house will be monitored 24 hours a day by a closed circuit camera system.
